Description

I am a Surrey based photographer specialising in using natural light in a reportage and photojournalistic style. With a particular emphasis on wedding photojournalism and family portraiture my aim is always to capture the timeless moments in an unstaged and honest way. Once the wedding is over or the photoshoot finished, the pictures that really work are the ones that years later still trigger the same emotions. To this end, my images eschew the posed picture in favour of a genuine smile and an honest laugh. A good photojournalist should blend into the crowd!

Outside of wedding and family photography, I also work in a range of other photographic disciplines. I have considerable experience in both music/gig photography and sports coverage. Neither subject waits for the photographer, so nailing the fleeting image is crucial.
Additionally I have worked in the corporate market, shooting for companies such as Ahrend and CityByke. Finally I offer a range of Fine Art prints and am available for commissioned work on a case by case basis.
