This website is owned and operated by Franchisite Limited. In these conditions, references to 'Franchisite', 'Franchisite Ltd' and 'Franchisite Limited', 'we', 'us', 'our' and 'ours' are references to Franchisite Limited and references to 'you', 'your' or 'yours' are references to the individual obtaining Services from us. Services are detailed below under heading Number 3.

Franchisite Limited (Registration No. 6695710) is incorporated in England and Wales and its registered office is Netherfield Road, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF13 3JR; VAT Registration No. 942 2130 59.

1. The Contract

Franchisite offers to provide a Service to you, should you wish us to do so, you will need to confirm this to Franchisite - this can be either written or verbal and upon confirmation of this we will confirm our acceptance of such either verbally or written - at which point your agreement that these conditions are acceptable to you will be taken.

2. Payment

You agree to pay the agreed weekly amount, taken on the same date monthly as 4 x weekly payments. The date taken will be the date the initial payment authorised. This will be taken by recurring credit or debit card transactions, using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Switch, American Express. These payments and agreement can be cancelled at anytime in writing by mail or email to Franchisite Ltd - see section 5.

3. Service

Once the order has been accepted, and you continually comply with all of these Conditions, we will continue to provide the service originally specified using our utmost care and attention at all times - we reserve the right at any time to either change, replace or delete these Conditions or include new Terms. This will not affect your right to terminate option as detailed in Section 5. Any information or photographs/logos that you provide or require inputting to your listing will be done so at the discretion of Franchisite, this information must be supplied in a suitable format, you must confirm that all information is accurate, decent, lawful and honest - non offensive or prejudicial. If any information you provide us with constitutes or incorporates any intellectual property rights (including copyrights, registered or unregistered trademarks, patent rights) you represent and warrant to us that this material is either owned absolutely by you or that the owner of such material has given you permission to use them and for us to use them on your behalf - we shall have no liability for you failing to comply with these issues, and all responsibility lies with yourself.

4. Your Obligations

You will provide us with any information (free of charge) that we may reasonably require to enable us to proceed with our obligations under the contract. This may include (without limitation) any information which we may require for the purpose of credit verification and debt collection purposes and you permit us to use this information.

5. Termination

The service we provide to yourself may be terminated at any time by yourself in writing by mail or email to Franchisite informing us of this cancellation and we shall then cease taking payment from your chosen credit/debit card - this may take up to 10 working days.

Franchisite reserve the right to terminate the service at any time without notice should any terms or conditions be breached. Franchisite Ltd reserve the right to remove your listing from the site should we receive complaints from customers or it is brought to our attention you are advertising falsely/falsifying information.

6. Force Majeure

If we fail to do what we have agreed with you because of something outside our reasonable control, we will have no liability to you because of our failure. If you fail to do what you have agreed to do by agreeing to these terms and conditions because of something outside of your reasonable control, you will have no liability to us because of your failure.

7. General

These terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree to submit any dispute arising out of your use of these terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
